Making a Kid's Room Special with Wall Art

It is always nice to do something special for your child.  When you furnish her room, why not add something extra aside from the necessary furniture. Decorating a kid's room can be done with with only a little effort and a few well-chosen pieces of wall art

The Green Frog Art Limited Edition Canvas Gallery Wrapped Art has lovely giclee prints. One particularly beautiful print is their "Mother and Child with Truck." It depicts a black and silhouette of a mother and child with a surprising but attractive colored toy truck. The non-fading archival ink used in this picture ensures that this will last for years. And because the image extends over the edges, there is no need framing. All you have to do is hang this on a blank wall and it will make any child's room instantly special.

Another way to make a kid's room special is to personalize it with his or her name. The Green Frog Art Original Hand Painter and Personalized Canvas Gallery Wrapped Art features a picture of an airplane or a train that can be hand-painted just for your child. And to make it truly personal, your child's name can be painted on the canvas. Just like the Green Frog limited edition prints, this requires no framing.

There are other ways to add a personal touch to a room. A painting or a print of your child's favorite toy or pet can be used as the subject of a wall decor. If your child has a favorite activity like dancing, a picture of ballets slippers would be a nice touch.

Using wall art is an easy way to spruce up a kid's room. It doesn't cost much and it can last for years. If your child's taste changes as she grows up, it just a matter of changing pictures on the wall to reflect her developing personality.
